Buy a unit from any NSJB (Victoria Properties) if you want a property with normal non-working elevators, bug infested, poop smelling hall ways, no organized management. please buy from them. You wont regret it. They live up to that mediocre standards.

The developer has been promoting a project with a promised turnover year of 2028 Victoria De Valenzuela. How ever, based on the current condition of the site, there has been little to no visible progress. At the present, only rusty steel structures can be seen, with no significant development or improvement taking place. This raises major concerns about whether the project will be completed as promised. Furthermore, the refund policy is extremely unjust. Should a buyer decide to cancel and request a refund, the developer imposes excessive deductions and charges/penalty. As a result, the remaining balance returned is only about one-fourth of the total amount originally paid, which is highly unreasonable and financially damaging to buyers. This situation reflects a lack of transparency, accountability and fairness toward clients. I strongly urge the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to protect buyers from potential financial loss.
