I contacted about four major real estate agencies in Cebu, and this was the one that provided the fastest and most professional response. They handled everything so cleanly and efficiently that the contract was finalized in less than a week after my visit Thank you Miss Grace.

I highly recommend Angel May Kilokilo of Cebu Grand Realty. She has been incredibly helpful, professional, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Since I live overseas, I needed someone I could rely on to represent my interests, and Angel exceeded my expectations. She is always responsive, keeps me updated every step of the way, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly. Her honesty, attention to detail, and dedication gave me complete peace of mind, even from thousands of miles away. If you’re looking for a real estate agent in Cebu who genuinely cares about her clients and can be trusted to get things done, I highly recommend Angel. Thank you for your outstanding service and commitment!

Had a great experience working with Anne at CGR! She was very responsive, always on time, and extremely professional throughout the whole process. All the units she showed me did not disappoint and she was very proactive in helping me find the right place very quickly. Even after I moved in, she continued checking in on my needs and helped coordinate everything smoothly. Truly appreciated the extra care and support. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient realtor. 100% recommend!

I’ve used Cebu Grand Realty twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. They manage several units in the exact location I wanted, so I was able to quickly find a suitable place, negotiate the contract, and move in without delay.Abigail was especially helpful throughout the process. She went above and beyond to assist with getting WiFi installed and made sure all our needs were taken care of during the move-in. As property managers, Cebu Grand Realty has also been very responsive with any repair issues that came up. When I arrived back in the Philippines, Abigail and the team were the first people I contacted—and I’m glad I did.

Working with Cebu Grand Realty has proven to be an excellent decision for the management of my properties. Since assuming responsibility for several of my units, their team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and exceptional attention to detail. Communication has always been efficient and transparent, and they consistently keep me well informed regarding all matters related to the units. Any tenant concerns or maintenance issues are addressed promptly and effectively, giving me complete confidence that my properties are being properly managed even in my absence. Managing multiple units can easily become demanding, but their organized approach and proactive support have made the entire process significantly more seamless and stress-free. I greatly appreciate the quality of their service and would confidently recommend Cebu Grand Realty to any property owner seeking dependable and highly attentive property management.
