Very accommodating ang mga personnel. Nagpa-notaryo ako at napakaganda ng service nila—mabilis, maayos, at very professional ang approach. Maganda rin ang ambiance ng office, malinis at comfortable kaya hindi stressful ang experience. I recently used this law office for notarial services and had a very positive experience. The process was smooth and everything was explained clearly, and my documents were handled carefully and correctly. The staff was friendly, professional, and respectful of my time. I lost my drives license and requested for an affidavit. This place is fine (pretty fast), with one GIANT exception: I was charged a whopping P1000. For an affidavit of loss. What makes it more interesting is i was asked to sign an accomplishment sheet where the fee for the service was listed. In the same page, listed, were THREE other requests for affidavit of loss, each with service fees of P300-400. I was nice enough to not make a big fuss about it in their office, but i find that truly horrendous and traumatic. You would think lawyers were the good guys right? They truly are just after your money. Edit: even worse! I went to the LTO office to submit form for lost drivers license, and this office’s format is DEAD WRONG. The current format change was implemented 2019, a whole SIX YEARS ago.

The staff were very approachable and friendly. They were able to notarize my documents within just a few minutes!
