This is the worst Notary Public ever. Do not go to this law office. I have met a lot of lawyers since I came from a UP greek organization and this office by far has the worst lawyer I met. He was too old fashioned, unhelpful and rude for no reason and refused to authenticate our "Notice of Marriage in Hong Kong" document for no reason. Clearly this lawyer do not know how the world works today - like forms being printed out online and shipped to another country. The office was so loud, tiny with so many people and it looked so old. If you are looking for a decent notary public close to this place, please go to the Michael Angelo G. Valdeveiso Notary Public behind PBCOM building near Ministop. The fee was just a little bit more expensive than regular notary public but they thoroughly review the files and get the job done. And their office was quiet, peaceful and has a better atmosphere.
