Great experience. I would highly recommend using HYG Law offices for any notarization services. I was very apprehensive about getting the service done as I am from the US and I've never notarized anything before so I am dually unaware of the process of getting something done here. I was greeted at the door shown to the work room and I was joined by a team member where I was promptly helped and she explained it what I needed to do and where I needed to sign. I didn't have the physical document so I gave her a flash drive which she graciously took and printed out for me notarized and then returned it to me in a very timely manner. Literally everything in this country is new to me so I was very happy that this was a painless process. I looked like a fool trying to open the door to leave only to find out that I needed someone to swipe their key card for me, but that's on me more than anything. Other than that, this is a perfect process that I would recommend to anyone.. After everything was done I had a question about the service, I reached out and was immediately given a response to my issue. So the customer service is top notch with these guys

Great service from start to finish. The staff and the lawyers were friendly, polite, and very straightforward. I was attended to promptly, expectations were clearly explained, and the notarisation process was handled smoothly. Everyone was warm and approachable, making the experience comfortable and pleasant. I also appreciated the easy online booking system, which clearly showed available dates and times. Very convenient, especially for urgent requests. Highly recommended.

My wife is involved in an extremely complex land title dispute to gain independent title of her plot which is part of a family mother title with three other plots belonging to her siblings. We booked an initial one-hour consultation for a very reasonable us$100 to see what our options were. We were amazed how professional and knowledgeable HYG are in land title matters.
