Very unprofessional. I messaged them on their Facebook page to confirm whether they were open and was told yes. The next day I went there, and they were closed. They didn't offer any explanation whatsoever. This lack of professionalism is disappointing, especially for a notary public Update: - I did messaged you on your official FB page, and this is the response I got: Notary services are available from Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. For Saturday, only Online drafting of documents is available but no Notary service. No mentions of scheduling appointments, if you can only operate during your professional availability then you should say so.
