She asked for P2,000 to notarize a sell that should cost around P200. When I told her no that she is to high, she dropped to price to P1,000 and then we haggled to further lower it . The charge was still to high. If you are a foreigner, I would suggest using an attorney with integrity. She will try to take advantage of you and want to haggle over her charges. Beware, stay away.
