This is the most unprofessional law firm i’ve ever encountered. Recommended them to my husband because a friend recommended them, but honestly after our incident she will not be recommending them either. They claim to handle labor and employment cases, but they dont have lawyers that are knowledgeable of labor laws. They asked for the payment for consultation fee, but during the consultation, the lawyer didnt have any answers regarding labor concerns. He still needed to "check it". As in zero answers. My husband also asked if they could provide a proposal because he wants to pursue his case with them but the person assigned to us said that "a separate email needs to be made by my husband". Seriously? No questions were answered AT ALL. We asked for a refund or our money back, they gave a new lawyer, but they said they cant take the case because "no one was available". So why get the consultation fee? For nothing? Hahahahaha WHAT A SCAM! PLEASE STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE!

I recently had the pleasure of working with MVP Law - Manuel Ventura and Partners for a legal matter, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. My partner and I wanted to give this newly developed firm a chance, as we figured they are trying to build a good reputation for themselves. Unfortunately, they’ve been unresponsive and made us feel like a nuisance. To be fair, we did have a lot of questions, which perhaps was overwhelming for them, but we were happy to receive the responses via email or to set up a Zoom call. My partner and I live abroad, but made sure to visit the firm in person to build rapport and show that we are serious about retaining their services. We’re sad this didn’t work out, but we have found another law firm in Manila to help us.

Very disappointed. While I explained to them that I had no money to pay, they went on with setting an appointment for a meeting. When the time finally came for the meeting, they were a no-show. Do NOT waste your time on with this firm

It seems like they cherry pick the work they want to take on. Because shortly after my wife and I met them face to face, they stopped responding to our emails altogether. We still haven’t gotten a response, and It’s been almost a month! My wife and I are shocked at how unprofessional this firm is.

I had a pleasant experience in this law firm. The team they had are very accommodating, very helpful, patient and direct to the point. Thank you MVP Law Firm, God bless you all.
