Legal Tree

The service was straightforward until it became so inconvenient because of payment gateway & other issues. Three failed attempts to buy a premium subscription; payment went through in the end. Then when I started using the consultation service, I was informed via e-mail that there was another glitch that caused people from the backend unable to view requests. The e-mail was worded as if it were an order from a manager, instructing me to resend what I’ve written, without consideration that I’ve just had a stressful transaction to avail their service. Apologies for being frank but this is really terrible.

Accessible.. helpful.. convenient.. affordable.. unboastful. If you are intimidated to get legal service, fear no more! We are very glad to have found Legal Tree. Legal Tree support (John Santos) and all their partner lawyers whom they have referred to counsel us were all very accommodating and down-to-earth. Due to our gratification, as a way of thanks, it's hard not to support them back and hire the service of one of their partner lawyers that we've talked to and ditch the one we have in mind (available lawyers, often aloof, near our vicinity). We are going to be a repeat premium subscriber simply because the service is very efficient 🙂 Long life to Legal Tree and fruition to their cause!

I had bare minimum expectations to this firm but they dis not deliver at all. Not recommended. Simple affidavits they can’t even do correctly and they will not grant any refund for their failure and shortcomings, they just take money. Their customer service is also very poor. Please do not waste your money here and just go to the nearest lawyer or notary public. Legal tree is pure inconvenience. INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, AND NOT PROMPT. I stand by this.

They have a wide array of legal documents to choose from. Should you need a consultation with a lawyer, they will refer you to one and coordinate the schedule on your behalf. They are very responsive and will see you through your legal needs from start to finish. I will definitely avail of their services again should the need arise.

"Hi James, we apologise for what happened. This is not the normal quality of experience our Partner Lawyers provide. I will check with her directly and update you asap. If necessary, we will connect you with a different Partner Lawyer." No one is responing to my questions promptly. Nothing since april 29th. I paid for a 30min. consultation last 24th. The" within 3 business days" promise is a lie. I keep asking for time availability and they keep answering vaguely with a day. When I ask what time in the day or suggest a time, no reply. I tried their service because I believe in modernity and their company goals but I am left completely disappointed and frustrated. Luckily I live 2min. away from a law office and there are plenty of lawyers in Baguio City. So if someone like me can't get adequate and prompt service, how much more for potential customers who don't have as much access to lawyers. I gave you guys my phone number for a reason. I explained that I needed a consultation before may 3rd.Thankfully, I consulted a lawyer in his office a few days back and got the answers I need. I just want my moneys worth (450) at this time but it seems I won't be getting it at all. All this headache for 450 pesos. Do not bother with their service, especially if you are from outside Metro Manila (where it seems most of their positive reviews come from). Just make time to visit a local lawyer or go to the IBP website and see which lawyers service your areas. Heck, contact a law office directly online. You're more likely to get a faster service that way than through Legal Tree. The price for this service isn't even competitive given that they charge 450 for a 30min. consultation.
