Following 3 interviews they kept me waiting 2 months as 'candidate', promising an attractive bilingual role in Cebu only to tell me to start working illegally, without contract, permits and 9G work visa required by the Philippine law. Didn't even hear 'sorry'. Poor communication and lack of accountability.

OP360 has truly shown their commitment to making a difference through their OP360 Cares initiative. By adopting schools and providing support, they’re not just helping the schools but also investing in the future of the children. It’s incredible to see a company go beyond business and take meaningful steps to impact the community. This effort is vital for the growth and education of young minds, and it’s inspiring to be part of an organization that prioritizes giving back in such a powerful way.
