Terrible. Agent seemed unprofessional and unknowledgeable all throughout. She was exclaiming that my requirements were incomplete, even though my own call with the Chinese Consular verified that my documents fine; essentially, I had to do her job for her to confirm facts with the embassy. On top of all of that, she even had the gall to sign my passport on my behalf, even when I told her not to. I paid ₱ 300 to send them my documents, then another ₱ 150 to take them back. Because even after forging my signature on my own passport, they still refused to submit my documents to the Consular. So now, I have spend and travel on my own to do it myself. If anyone's interested, I think I can finally open my own agency at this point.

Agent on call very unhelpful. this agency doesn't deserve to be an accredited Korean embassy agency. Don't want to call here again. To . Uni-Orient Inc Pls Don't act too bossy as if you are the immigration or embassy shh. You are just in between embassy and customer as brokerage.

Not recommended if you’re a Chinese citizen applying for Singapore visa. They don’t know how to fill up 14a and has so much requirements, they even require to file it 19 days before flight when u can already file it within 30 days. Went to another agency, the process is so much faster and less requirements. Suggest to call the SG embassy for agency options, just don’t go to uni orient

This is a scam. They test you negative the first time so you pay over 200$ in fees for more test and pre quarantine. Then they test you positive right after. They test you negative positive negative so that they get more money from you. The agents are unresponsive and don't provide any English instructions. I suggest if you are looking for a travel agent either find someone else or go from a different country.
