I am extremely pleased with my decision to use this travel agency. Most important, to have the help and guidance from one of their most compassionate, reliable, knowledgeable and dedicated employees, Stella Imperial. I have worked for Anerican Airlines for 28 years, however, I was not able to connect the dots from the long list of places that I wished to visit while vacationing in the Philippines for first the time. Stella was there for me for almost a month long trip. At night, on her days off, on holidays. She was ALWAYS there. I encountered many obstacles while traveling as anyone does who travels for one month. Rather it was a hotel not performing up to their expectations, a typhoon that changed my itinerary,or just to have someone to share my fantastic moments with and ask for her local opinion. Stella Imperial was always there for me at any time of the day or night. This is the first time that I have ever hired a travel agent to create my itinerary based on what I would like to do for a month. If you're looking for an agency to process your Korean visa, you might wanna look for another. I don't know why they were included on the list of accredited agencies by the embassy, but me and my girlfriend had the worst experience with them. First, they didn't even give us a list of requirements for the visa. No problem though, we just browsed through the internet and visited the embassy's website. But since I was unemployed back then and I didn't see the list of requirements on the embassy's website, I asked their agent what I should comply with. So she said that I should just write a letter to the embassy and provide bank statements and certifications. Without having any idea on what to write on the letter, I submitted all the necessary requirements along with the letter I made. The agent without even reading the letter I made, accepted all the documents and directed us to the cashier. So I'm thinking that the documents I passed would be sufficient enough. We paid the agency fee and said that they will just message us once our visa has returned which would take about 60 days or so. After waiting two months, I was shocked that the agent said that my application for visa was denied and they just said that the embassy has a policy called "no work, no visa". When I received my passport back, I noticed that my application was denied due to (1) insufficient information on the purpose of my travel (2) insufficient proof to leave Korea before the visa expires. Since I'm a first time applicant for visa, I expected that the agency would guide us and tell us what to do. I could have provided them an itinerary they needed and provided them other documents that I do not wish to overstay in Korea (for example, plane tickets of both arrival and departure, hotel booking confirmations, I could have asked my mother to provide me papers of our business). But they didn't, they just receive the documents and payment then waited and hoped that my visa would get approved. Total scam!
