This review is long overdue. I cannot express enough how thankful we are to have experienced an amazing trip of a lifetime with the help of those at Orient Travel. Specifically… Grace, Sanda, Pearl, Gerry, Luis, and everyone else who made this journey possible. This trip took a few months of planning, a lot of communication through emails on different time zones (from Chicago to Dumaguete), and Grace and Sanda were so patient with us, all the while ensuring all of our requests were fulfilled. Spent 3 whole weeks in the Philippines visiting different cities, islands, meeting so many people and now new friends. I would recommend Orient Travel to anyone. We were so well taken care of and felt so safe every single time, they all felt like family to us. We already miss it. Until next time, XO

Friendly and connected throughout the Philippines. I made some changes in the middle of my trip and they handled it quickly and efficiently. Kudos to Sanda, Grace and Glorey!!! Definitely use if you want a fun, relaxing, and hassle-free vacation. Will be using them again when I visit the other islands.

Nous avons fait du snorkeling sur la magnifique île d'apo. Pearl, notre guide est absolument géniale. Elle est très prévenante et nous a transmis beaucoup de sa culture. L'histoire de l'île. C'était un gros plus pour s'intégrer et comprendre les locaux !

My parents and I have relied on their services extensively for everything from getting visas and tickets to securing travel insurance. We've been their clients for a very long time. Recently, I just got my US visa renewed. I applied for the US interview waiver program; however, I was asked to do an in-person interview. Ma'am Sanda and her team gave me a lot of insights on how to approach the interview. They were very hands-on with my case and guided me every step of the way. Luckily, because of their hard work and rigorous preparation, I was able to get another visa. I'm happy that I have another chance to visit my family in the US again.

Interested to visit the agency tomorrow and is ready to see how they will assist me inquiring from philippines to US. I hope they do not overcharge as it is very common on agency and specially here in Dumaguete City, only 10% of people out of 100 is gentle people. Based on my experience personally and stories of my co workers, family and friends local and internationals.

Their help with aquiring visa = printing requirements and papers you can find online and not willing to help you fill them out. Then charging you extra for submitting it for you which you can do online yourself.
