Perfect na sana malapit sa mga convient store but only problem lang aso iingay nag complain na ako 2 times sa owner ng aso then1 time sa guard walang nagawa rin ganun parin lalo na dito sa aster street iingay ng aso yung may mga may ari aso walang mga pake kahit nag iingay na yung aso kahit des oras na ng gabi ang iingay parin (ASTER STREET) ma ingay ang aso sobra!!!

Okay naman ala naman ako problems

Great location, just minutes away from the city proper and most especially the airport! But living still in a wholesome environment and secured community.

It's a new condo with all amenities. Cooking, pool, exercise room, with Netflix and hot water. AC.

딱 지불한 가격만큼 하는 동네, 다른 도시에서는 중산층 사는 동네 깡촌에는 아직 비교 대상 동네가 없는듯..

Nice place but property manager policies are borderline stupid and you would not experience this anywhere else in the world. I broke one glass worth 40 pesos. Manager wanted me to pay 300 pesos which I balked at. I was given a choice to go to the mall and buy a replacement or pay 200 pesos. It wasn’t the cost so much as the principle of the situation. I have an Airbnb and the last thing I would think about is charging for a broken dish or cup. It wouldn’t even be a thought to charge a paying guest. The fact they were so adamant and non negotiable turned me right off and I would never return here and spend my money. Manager is to short term thinking, not business oriented at all. This is my opinion of course but I think any westerner would feel slighted by this treatment over such a petty issue.

Most peaceful community I've been so far. Though a bit unlucky to live near disrespectful and noisy homeowners out of all quiet places within the subdivision. Also, add the never-ending presence of construction workers who are taking too much time on upgrading houses, plus, too stubborn to bring loudspeakers and blast it within the area for the whole day. They were already reprimanded many times but too hard-headed to follow, they will do it again and again to piss everyone around. Some people here have an issue with turning down their volumes. Despite all of these, I think this is a good place to live in if you wish to have a quiet and nice community.
