I owned a unit for some years in one of the towers and I can say that it is a great place. I sold it because the location was not convenient for me but one has business in that part of the city this is one of the best buildings to live in linked to both mrt and shangri-la mall. I had a one bedroom unit on the 25th with a lovely view. Amazing pool, huge and clean with sauna and jacuzzi and lovely gym. All common areas are well kept and always clean. Like all buildings in the Philippines they have complicated rules that one has follow even when they do not make much sense! I overall gave 5 stars based on good memories with friends and family

Lovely lap pool. And the wet floors have a hot & cold dip as well as steam and sauna room. Staff are incredibly efficient. And always ready with a smile.
