Napakabagal ng process pagdating sa COE and Backpay. Tapos yun HR hindi rin nagrerespond agad kapag nagfofollow up. Ayusin niyo naman yun pag aassist niyo. Sabi niyo 45 days makukuha ko na yun COE and Backpay until now wala pa rin waiting pa rin sa release ng cheque eh halos mag 2 buwan na ano? Wala pa rin marelease wala kayong maloloko dito.

sabe nla yung The FoRt residences under CBRE. Pero ang management nde magaling at maganda. Marami na nagsabe. Sa security pa lang kahit sin o pwidi pumasok, mali diba? ang mga maintenance puro chismis mang alam. Ang baho pa sa labas amoy imburnal.

非常不專業的公司，不管是要買賣或是租賃，千萬不要找這間公司，服務效率極差，一天只能做一件事，嚴重拖延搬家的進度，他們不斷地拖延時間，但是租金你還是要付，光是要入住他們都能拖你將近兩週的時間，並且專員經常遲到，不在約定好的時間出現，已經等他們專員等超過兩個小時離開之後，他們到了現場之後告知我們，我們又出發過去，還要被他們說我們遲到，真的很好笑😏 完全一點專業性都沒有，根本就像是用詐騙的方式讓你簽約，簽約前任何問題都含糊帶過，什麼都說的好好的，等到你簽約了才會知道裡面滿滿的套路，他們的專員對合約完全不熟悉，也不會跟你解釋合約的任何內容，都是含糊帶過。 奉勸所有的房東和房客，千萬不要和這間公司簽約！

Rarely have i worked with such an inept and underperforming organisation. The relationship starts with absolute confidence in themselves and their ability, and rapidly plummets to the depths of despair. Santos Knight Frank’s shockingly poor communication, a lack of urgency, poor follow up, false promises and lack of delivery mean I would NEVER recommend them to anyone - this ‘organisation’ is a perfect example of an international and reputable brand’s reputation being destroyed by third tier service standards.
