Not very hospitable to clients, I grow suspicious of their practices since they have a pending case since 2004. NHMFC sold 53,000+ delinquent housing loans to Deutsche Bank, forming a joint venture called Balikatan Housing Finance Inc. Issue: Borrowers were restructured with interest rates up to 18–24% p.a. + huge penalties/back charges, way higher than original 9–12% government rates. SO their interests rates are questionable for me. They are priced like loan sharks. Senate Resolution 1094 filed; investigation opened, never fully closed; many borrowers still fighting in courts; considered largest high-interest controversy in NHMFC history. SMH That's a mal-practice if I may say so. Not worthy of even a one star review. I smell corruption amidst them.

Was able to locate their offices fast thru google. Not so busy on Tuesday morning. All personnel are alert and courteous, observes all protocol mandate by the government.

I would!. paid the house in full as per balance statement, we were instructed that "paperworks" will take 3 months to "finalize" 4 months later, received phone call from this company that we owe P134,000 due to "discrepancy" note is this a computer or human error? I dont know.! Mom went to national housing located at Sta. Rosa Laguna to find out what's going on. Well they said somebody duplicate the house balance deduction. I get that! but the original we owe Kuno is 78K. And what about 134,000 oh yeah they charged 50 K for 4months!!!! The 4 months that we waited that we thought Our house is ours. The company Did NOT even notify us instead THEY Charged Us!!! To the company please do really train your employees and set a good system/have process in place, mukhang walang sistema. My parents worked hard to get this house OURS!! Mahiya naman kayo.
