BDO Baguio - Luneta

(counter 12),humingi lang ako ng bank statement ko for the reason na maverify address ko.. rami pang tanung, baka daw magdeposit ako ng crypto at ma at risk sila..😂💦💦💦 Edit: bumalik ako kanina lang.. almost 2hrs for banks statement kasi sa counter 12 ulit ako napunta, pinakuha nya ako ng another waiting no.# sa ibang counter na ko napunta atleast nakuha ko na kasi may nagassist na lalaki sa kausap ko.

Often na antagal, like ive been waiting for more than hours and nauna pa yung mas nahuli kesa sa akin. 3 lang din kasi teller nila for deposits.

If pwede po sana maglagay po kayu ng abiso na hindi kayo magbubukas ng sabado ang dami po namin nag aantay sa labas at kung pwede din po sana ung guardia nyo sa labas tumambay para may mapagtatanungan kami if mag oopen ang branch ninyo o hindi, hindi ung nagtatago lang sila sa loob maging courteous naman xa sa pagsasabi na clise kayu sa sabdo and bastos po nya ha

This is to give credit to the BEST BDO BRANCH IN BAGUIO CITY. I’ve tried other branches (Legarda, Insular, Bokawkan, SM) and they failed to top or even come close to how BDO LUNETA performs. This transaction slip shows i got my queue at 10:45 am then the receipt on 10:59. That’s 14 min lang compared to half an hour or an hour in other branches. Kudos to sir Paeng for being accommodating and super nice. The staff are empathetic as well. Other branches makes me feel like the system’s weaknesses are my fault. Best branch ever!

Security guards are dependable, expresses warm welcome upon entry. They know where to direct and how to assist. Fast transaction and tellers are more friendly in all aspect... unlike the teller at BDO SM Baguio shhheeessshhh... very rude!.

Arguably the friendliest and helpful BDO branch in all of Baguio City, perhaps the whole region. Customer service staff are very accommodating, supportive and will go out of their way to provide assistance and help. They're very sincere and obviously love their work and there to provide quality service. Special mention to that lady named Raiza or sounds like that. The security personnel were also commendable, courteous. BDO-Luneta, an outstanding BDO branch. Thank you. 👏👍
