Ilang beses na kami nag deposito ng cheque dito yung mga teller suplada Dapat always nilang i-orient na maging polite sa mga customer Isa rin namang reason kung bakit nag avail ang client kasi sa politeness ng mga nasa front or teller niyo pero kung lahat na lang sila suplada edi mag close account na lang kami At angdami nilang teller booth pero yung pag antay umaabot parin ng half an hour

Grabe almost 3 hours ako naghintay para sa counting. Good thing na lang sa digital transaction at hindi na magsusulat kaso ang tagal pa din. Bakit niyo pa ako pinapalipat sa abanao kung bangko din naman yang nasa BDO legarda? Not accommodating.

Please don't gossip about your clients naman. And please prioritize ur clients too. To that teller kanina at 9:00 am na inuna pang mag order ng pagkain, pakiayus po attitude mo kasi kc other tellers from that branch were nice.

Grabe ang branch na to wag kayo magbubukas ng account dito or any transaction kasi aabutin ka lage ng 1 oras bago transaction mo. Hindi ko alam bakit ang kukupad nila.Ibang branch na lang mas mabilis sila kumilos

I regret opening an account with this branch. The turnaround time to withdraw and/or deposit (cash or checks) is ridiculous. Time is also money, so making a client wait for a simple transaction for around 40-45min from the time they submit their ticket with the teller, is such a waste. It gets even more irritating when you see a counter full of employees chatting and walking back and forth, and seemingly forgetting this is a service based business. More client care, please.

BDO legarda branch cause us a crisis of locating LBC sent credit/ debit card from main office manila. We have the tracking # but they addressed it to our former rented apartment. They weren't listening when we were giving our new home address.We gotten hold of that card as of this posting and all they give are new BDO contact numbers which attend as voice calls not a person to interact with. It's not helping.

Ill give this a zero..i did not appreciate the teller when i came in. Is it because im just wearing a old shirt and jeans? I felt underestimated. I wanted to open a savings account with passbook (i know and have the amount of money to open it )she gave me a form to sign . Did not explain anything and just process the transaction right away, next thing i know i now have an account with them but not what i wanted. She opened an atm account. To the teller, i know your name but im not gonna put you on blast. Sorry but you might need an improvement on customer service. BDO just watch out for this type of teller its not cool at all.
