Useless contact number Hindi sinasagot
Very poor service, they have a contact number but nobody is answering the phone. Baka kailangan si senator Tulfo pa ang tumawag para lng sagutin nila.

We just came to this govt office around 2 pm for our land registration, the guards are approachable, no long queue. When we came the current number was 12 and we are number 14. Each client took around 5-10 mins each depending on the presented documents but the process was very tolerable. We have a lot of requirements to fulfill first before going back here.
Good service from the guards to the officers. Very accommodating and quick service. Done in 15 minutes. Keep it up! 👍
Reg of deeds apparently lost the documents needed to issue the title of our property since 2018 and until now it is not resolved. no one wants to take accountability
friendly guard, jolly employees but service are quite slow, good thing they have television, photocopier, cool aircondition, and they even offer free water for clients.
