Mabagal ang serbisyo at ang pag-update ng details na need i-update. Sinabi na processing na raw ang MDR pero wala pa rin, isang araw na ang nakalilipas. Do better.
Take note hindi po sila open ng Saturday and Sunday, update naman po ninyo office hours sa post na ito para hindi sayang oras pagpunta tapos hindi naman pala open. Sayang gas or pamasahe.
Super long queue. Mauubos oras mo talaga sa pag pila pa lang.

Operating hours say 7:00 AM, but actual service starts after 8:00 AM. Very convenient—for the office, not for the people lining up early. Officers were still arriving while a long queue had already formed. Please update the posted hours so the public doesn’t expect service that doesn’t exist. No wonder the rating is 2.9 stars. Poor process, poorer time discipline. If there was a zero start I would rate this zero.
If your an 18 years old and want to get MDR for some reason, bring first time job seeker and you must not be the dependent of your parents and must better if your 21years.old above before going to this place. The line was really long and there are only 2tellers so you must go early the staff are nice except to the tellers no.2 not very considerate.
