I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Visayan Surety and Insurance Corporation. If your company cannot efficiently handle a small claim, how can customers trust you with larger claims or losses? It took an unacceptable one year for us to receive a small amount of claim. This delay demonstrates a lack of reliability and professionalism, making it difficult for anyone to feel confident in your services. Your inefficiency and lack of accountability have left us frustrated and dissatisfied. I will make sure to share my experience with others to warn them about the poor service we received.
