Philam Life has changed to AIA Insurance. Very bad customer service. Vitality Health Check Caravan was offered to me for slot reservation, which was confirmed via Google form. I arrived at the venue and lobby guards kept on telling me that the Health Check Caravan was cancelled. The appointment was confirmed and I indicated my contact details but nobody from AIA contacted me to inform about the cancellation. I came to AIA Makati all the way from a distant location in Quezon City, only to be told by the guards that the Caravan was cancelled!!! They don't care about their clients at all! I will never recommend AIA Insurance to any of my family/relatives and friends because of their poor customer service. Technology has helped everyone these days to reach out to customers but despite all communication channels available, they never had the courtesy to inform customers of updates/changes to their offered activity. Very disappointing!!!

I have my money insured for the past 50 years. Since maturity I wanted to get my Mass Marketed Value since July 2022 and until now I have been played around by unprofessional people working at Philam Life! I have heard over and over again requirements needed and of course after complying, another person would ask me the same requirements over and over again! I am sick and tired of this B.S! And will file a complain to the PCC!
No payments during lunch break. Their system does not distinguish between lunch break and not. So the guard will, with his life, will guard against anyone entering a transaction in the queueing system if it's not yet 1pm. If you do get the chance to start entry into the queueing system, the guard will press back on your transaction (without telling you) and give you a laminated number.
If you would like to Park in this building, you must have a pass or pass card to insert thru their parking lot. Make sure you must have an appointment with the company your going to and ask for pass. If not there's an open parking in front of the building.
Good aircon. But the CR not good. People are not smilling if you look like ordinary people. As far as i go around there are 3 elevators. 2 of it are old elvators one is broken and the other one is faulthy. The 3rd elevator is goord.
