It was just a simple process renewal and receipt of payment, the email thread keeps on going back to where you started asking for personal infos you have already provided on the same thread with a customer service agent name which seems to be like a system generated reply. The fastest reply 2 working days with no resolution. Then you go back from the beginning. Frustration!

Asked for a car insurance quotation. They sent me an overview with just basic details and price. When I asked to read the actual policy they'd sell me, they refused to send it and tried to get me to just pay without seeing it. Pretty unprofessional. Will not do business with these people.

Very disappointed with the service from AXA Philippines. I have been trying to resolve an issue where my name is incorrectly shown on my policy (only partially displayed instead of my full name). Despite multiple emails, the responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful. I was initially asked to submit documents for a name change, only to later be told that the abbreviation is due to their system format. This should have been clarified from the beginning instead of repeatedly asking me to take unnecessary steps. On top of that, I am still unable to access my e-policy despite trying multiple browsers, and no proper solution has been provided. The slow response time and lack of clear communication have seriously affected my confidence in their service.
