I asked for an oil change and a light bulb replacement. They do not carry Toyota parts. They LIED about the work that they did. They LIED about other things that needed to get done They LIED about the services they were supposed to have done They contacted me and said " in the first place " . There is NO FIRST PLACE. General Santos Toyota messed up. 1) they said that they did services that were IMPOSSIBLE to do on my model. 2) they said that EXTRA services were needed. Upon ACTUAL review, they were NOT needed. 3) They DENIED THEIR LIES. It is one thing to mess up, it is another to LIE and say that they did not Especially when I gave proof IN PRINT BY THEM to support my claims AVOID GENERAL SANTOS TOYOTA they CAN NOT BR TRUSTED I am glad that I did not buy my new car from them They have lost a customer

Update; Set appointment for 8AM, and it was a much smoother process. The staff we worked with was nice & prompt this visit. 👍 Recommend setting appt for 8AM-8:30 or 2PM.. seems like anything in between your waiting until 2pm regardless. Customer is not priority in scheduled maintenance. I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am, after making us wait an hour they came and told us that the car will not be released until 2:30pm.. due to lunches and breaks. I asked Why its 10:30am? Their reply was because break at 11:30am, lunch at 12pm.. so no release until 2pm-2:30? Wow.. so where is the sense of urgency for the customer? Why even have appointments? Why waste your customers whole day? There needs to be a realignment of values here. Ridiculous to have to wait 5 hours for an express service. Was not even a busy day.

Better to get your car repaired at other Toyota dealerships. This branch is so understaffed and repairs take so long plus they don't even update you if you don't call them to ask for updates. Would rather have my car fixed at another casa.

Best if you transact personally. The staff are friendly enough, although be prepared to wait. Avoid transactions by phone - calls/text/messenger/email, example to ask for work quotations. Twice tried (2 pms quote request) & twice felt horrible. No/delayed answers even with follow ups. The twist? Someone will call to ask for service scheds when you are not asking or do not need them...

Book your Appointment Early. Arrive Early. and Expect your unit will be delivered early. Those rules are very important so that your service request will be planned ahead. During appointment booking, specify clearly your needs so that they can give you the accurate time to finish the job. If you have additional request on the day of your servicing, never expect to have the same time to complete the job. It requires additional time. The most important thing, always ask for an official receipt.
