Our experience has been disappointing, claims are slow, with no timely updates. We were referred to unreliable repair shops, and our car wasn’t fixed properly. While our car is damaged we had to travel to the casa, where the tire came off, nearly causing an accident, and we paid out-of-pocket with no insurance support. Additionally, a headlight claim (broken glass only) has been pending for over a month now, with no contact info provided despite repeated follow-ups. Not recommending this Insurance company to anyone.
Be wary of who you trust for your insurances. This agency is very active when you are purchasing. But will be very unreachable if you are claiming. They do not fully remit payments to the insurance company. Even their posted contact numbers on their SocMed and website are not working. A big red flag!
