I went here to accompany my mother on updating her pension status because it should be updated yearly on your birth month per GSIS instruction. We arrived around 8:45am and there were only few people. We had a smooth and fast transaction in just 15 minutes or less.

They only entertain limited clients so don't expect to be able to get inside their office. Before going there, I would highly suggest that you contact them thru their email or contact numbers. If you decide to go there, be there before 4 PM, they close early. There is available parking space inside their premises.
