Grabe monday na monday isang oras kami nag antay para mag open kayo, sabi ng guard 9:00 mag open e halos mag 10am na di parin nag open 8:30 pa kami dito. Consider nyo sana na monday need ng tao kasi close kayo weekend. Walang urgency
I've been a satisfied member of Bansalan Cooperative for around 13 years, and overall, I've had a very positive experience with their services. The guards are always welcoming and friendly :))) Ang mga tellers pud were also kind, approachable, and my transactions have always been smooth, paspas lang, and hassle-free. -1 lang because of one experience when I was inquiring about a certain product. I was referred to another staff who I believe was still new (ig?). She wasn't very accommodating, and her facial expression made me feel a bit uncomfortable hehe. Since she was also assisting another client for quite a while, I eventually went back to the staff who initially assisted me, and thankfully, they were able to help me well. Mao lang. despite ato na experience, I still appreciate the cooperative's excellent service and the professionalism of most of its staff. Would definitely recommend Bansalan Cooperative to others!! :))
