Located in the back of the building. The lobby is small but not too busy. So youre able to be seen with no wait. The front service desk were nice. You can make inquires or process VISA. Ensure to bring all required documents and copies. There is some parking space.

I was there today to extend my visa the staff were polite and friendly and very helpful the whole process took less than 20 minutes

The new head officer is too rude. We were just asking some questions and she was answering very rudely and impatiently. The office was also not busy at that time. I wish I could got her name and report it to head office.

Hello I was there today . To do my extension visa.i filled in the form but as I forgot my glasses I kindly asked the officer if he could just fill in my acri number He shouted as me in a bad manner which was not nice I'm a senior citizen did not expect that. He also said if you forget your glasses next time he would not process my visa Someone who works in customers service should be helpful I was really shocked . I come every 2 months for extension this has never happen to me before I also told a immagration officer who was outside the office about what happened I was really shocked
